Cairo Sales is a well established Home Electronics department store that is looking to add Call Centre Representatives to our team in Heliopolis Cairo. Our Call Centre team is the voice of our company and we are looking to hire people who have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people. It is crucial that the person in this position is customer service oriented and has the ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English (Further languages are a plus). They will need to be familiar with home electronics and be prepared to learn the details and features of all products for sale. Primarily they will answer a high volume of incoming calls and respond to emails as well as live chats from customers. They will also handle escalated issues and customer complaints and be able to resolve all customer concerns while providing top of the line service to each customer. Excellent computer skills are a must to navigate an internal database and input customer information and use a number of internet based applications. They will utilize the customer service experience to assist co-workers with issues they are unable to resolve and act as team leader when a manager is unavailable Most importantly they will provide an excellent customer experience with every call.
The successful candidate will be employed on a full time basis only and be awarded a Competitive Salary.

Customer Service - Logistics Specialist
Within the Customer Service Department we are looking for experienced Logistics Manager experienced in Customer Service and specialized in Logistics to directly assist the Managers. The successful applicants will need to have a detailed knowledge of the products and be required to gain an excellent knowledge of operations within a short period of time. It requires personal initiative and problem solving skills and the ability to coordinate with various departments to find solutions in a fast paced environment.
